Dear Sir, Being a retired IPS officer, try to speak good English. Even though you cannot even think of speaking like my hero Shashi Tharoor, try at least a little. For example, your first sentence ‘ Not taking risk is the biggest risk’. Risk is neither small nor big in size. We do not say,” I will tell you a small story.” We say, ” I will tell you a short story”. Better expressions are ‘Life without taking risk itself is a risk”. Or Not taking risk itself is most risky. Dear Sir, Pl read books written by Winston Churchill, Kennedy, Nehru, Nirad C. Chaudhry, Natwar Singh, Mani Shankar Aiyar and Shashi Tharoor. You can shape your English language. If you are not comfortable with English, you can speak very well in Tamil instead of taking the ‘biggest’ risk of speaking in English with words most inappropriate.
